When a student is away 1 – 15 days please ask for your child to pick up a Form at the office

  • The parent/legal guardian can submit the form prior to departure.

  • If the form is received in advance, the student will be marked as “G – temporary withdrawal” for all consecutive days away up to 15 days.

When a student will be away for 16 or more consecutive days.

  • The principal will determine if a program of study will meet Ministry requirements. E.g.:

    • Is a temporary measure

    • Temporary Withdrawal forms cannot be used for medical reasons.
