Blended Learning Day – March 1, 2023
Secondary teachers will be engaging in Professional Development to support the expansion of de-streaming and single streaming. For students, these days will be similar to our Instructional Support Days, where students are not required to attend in-person, but will have learning provided through the virtual classroom and live meetings with their teachers. Attendance will be taken, but in-person attendance will be optional on these days.
- A supervised study space will be available for students attending.
- Blended Learning Days are instructional days. In the morning students will be provided asynchronous course work for all their classes and in the afternoon all classes will have synchronous meets.
- Attendance will be taken
- ACE students will attend school with regular programming and following regular attendance procedures, optional OT coverage for ACE teachers will be considered at each site
- Transportation will run at regular times
