Ontario high school students are required to complete 40 hours of Community Involvement as one of their graduation requirements. Any volunteer activities that we are made aware of are posted in the Guidance Updates Google Classrooms.
All community involvement hours will be submitted by the student electronically. You must know your sponsor’s name, organization, contact information, and the number of hours you have completed. In order to support students in recording their information, students are asked to submit their hours using the Community Involvement Hours Google From. The link to this Google Form is also found in the Guidance Updates Google Classroom.
You no longer need to complete the Activity Tracking Record or submit it to Guidance.
