Huron Heights Secondary School will be reopening for learning on Monday, February 13. On Friday, our school experienced flooding caused by the sprinkler system being activated, which Facility Services and contractors have been working to address. As a result of their hard work, our school is now able to reopen for classes Monday.

The Waterloo Region District School Board (WRDSB) Education Centre and school buildings will join other Ontario government establishments in flying the Canadian flag at half-mast on February 14, 2023, for the state funeral of the late Hazel McCallion, Mayor of Mississauga from 1978-2014. Hazel McCallion passed away on January 29, 2023.
