You made it Huskies and we are so proud of you all!

We congratulate the graduating class of 2023. You persevered through the pandemic and now you are leaving Huron in the new normal world as a mature student.  

Diplomas, Certificates, Grade 9 letters, Yearbooks: These items will be available for pick up in October 2023.  Stay tuned for further communication.

Items to return:  If you are graduating or transferring to a school outside of Waterloo Region District School Board, please return your chromebook to the library by Tuesday, June 27th, 2023.  If you are enrolled in summer school, please use your device and return it to the school during the week of August 28th to September 1st.  All other students keep their chromebooks.

Semester 2 Final Report Cards pick up dates:  Monday, July 10th to Thursday, July 13th (7:30am to 3:30pm). Final marks can be viewed in MyBlueprint as of July 10th.  Report cards are not mailed to students.  Unclaimed report cards may be picked up when the school re-opens after summer break.  Transcripts for graduates will be with your report card.  Unclaimed graduate reports cards will be included in your diploma package, available in October 2023.

Summer Hours:  The main office will be closed from Friday, July 14th and will reopen on Monday, August 21st. While the main office is closed, the general school voicemail will be monitored regularly, or you can email all inquiries to hrh@wrdsb.ca. If you have an urgent matter, please call the Education Centre at 519-570-0003.

New Student Registrations:  If you have moved within our school boundary and  you require to register, please follow the Registration Guidelines. We will contact you to schedule a registration appointment near the end of August.

Grade 9 Orientation:  Thursday, August 31stst, 10:00 am to 1:00pm.  More details will posted on the website.

Timetables:  2023-2024 timetables will be handed out on the first day of school. 

We wish all of our staff and students a wonderful summer and we look forward to seeing you for the first day of classes on Wednesday, September 6th. More information regarding school start up will be posted on the school website over the summer.
