On Wed. March 27 the Ontario Secondary School Literacy Test will be written by Grade 10 students and any senior students who have not completed this requirement.

If you are writing the test please make sure to check the list posted outside the Main Office that lists the room location you will be writing in. At 8:10am, students are to move to their designated rooms to write the test. The test concludes at 12:00pm. If you have any issues related to the test please see Mr. Mintz in the Main Office.

This is important information for all students.

Students not writing the test will only have access to the cafeteria until 12:00pm. As most of the school staff will be involved in administering the test, there will be no regular classroom instruction in the morning. The Library will be unavailable the whole day.  School buses will only run at their regular times. There will be no cafeteria food service on March 27. The Nutrition for Learning group will be providing granola bars and fruit before the test starts and during break time.

When regular administration of the test has been completed, teachers will be available starting at 1:00pm to provide students with tutorial assistance. Teacher locations for tutorial sessions will be posted outside the Main Office. Any students attending the tutorial sessions will sign in at the table outside the Main Office. This will be how we take attendance for the afternoon sessions.
