Please arrive at Bingemans at 5:45 pm, fully gowned. Graduates will be meeting in the Heritage Room. Guests will be welcome to find their seating in the hall when they arrive. Please DO NOT arrive any earlier as we will not be able to open the doors to you until that time.

Graduates you may want to give your personal belongings to your family upon arrival. That way you do not need to worry about carrying these items when you go onto stage.

PLEASE REMEMBER YOUR GUEST(S) NEEDS TO BRING THEIR TICKETS.  Guests without tickets will not be permitted into the venue. We are at capacity for this evening’s ceremony. That being said, please make sure not to leave empty seats in the middle of the rows. Every seat will be needed.

Reminder for your families: Pre-order flowers to Grad Celebration – Class of 2024.  Or you can purchase them at the event.

We are looking forward to seeing you cross the stage.
