Morning Asynchronous Instruction:
8:00am – 10:30am
While teachers are engaging in Professional Development, the students will continue to have learning opportunities. These opportunities will be asynchronous and allow students to practice skills, consolidate previous learning or work toward completing unfinished learning. This is not a time for new material or assigning new assessment tasks.
Afternoon Synchronous Instruction:
11:40am to 2:35pm
These synchronous instructional periods are an opportunity to practice skills, consolidate previous learning, catch up on unfinished learning or to gather data.
- A supervised study space will be available for students chosing to attend in-person.
- Blended Learning Days are instructional days. A modified schedule is created to allow students to continue their learning through asynchronous or synchronous for their classes.
- In-person attendance is optional, however, attendance will be taken a student partipcates by the methods outlined during the day.
- ACE students will attend school with regular programming and following regular attendance procedures, optional OT coverage for ACE teachers will be considered at each site
- Transportation will run at regular times
