In pre-pandemic times, we here at Huron Heights S.S., would host two Girls’ Night In a year – one each semester. These evenings were filled with fun, silly, friendship-building, and motivational activities led by students, teachers, and staff. These evenings have become a strong Huskies tradition!!

So….we decided that just because we are back to learning virtually and in a pandemic that shouldn’t stop us or a FABULOUS tradition! Also, many Grade 9 girls have expressed a desire to meet and connect with other Grade 9 girls at Huron Heights. As a result, we have decided to try our very first Huron Heights GRADE 9 VIRTUAL GIRLS’ NIGHT IN event. Please complete this form to help us plan the event and become part of a Husky tradition!

If you indicate you would like to attend the Gr. 9 Virtual Girls’ Night In event you will be sent a link on the day of the event – June 3rd – that will allow you to join!

And if you want to be involved in how to make ridiculously easy chocolate banana mug cake you will need:

One mug
One fork
Microwave

Ingredients:
1/2 ripe banana
2T flour
2T quick oats
1/4tsp-1/2 tsp cocoa powder
1/2 tsp chia seeds (optional for protein)
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp honey/maple syrup
2 T oat milk (or your choice of milk)
1 small handful of chocolate chips or peanut butter chips, white chocolate chips, etc.
