Annually, the Student Transportation Services of Waterloo Region (STSWR) review the transportation network and implement changes based on school program needs. STSWR developed its bell time proposal with the goals of minimizing the impact on students, families, and staff, and to further minimize the financial impact on STSWR’s budget. For Huron Heights S.S., the impact is 10 additional minutes at the end of the school day:

HHSS Current Bell Times: 8:00 am – 2:25 pm

HHSS New Bell Times: 8:00 am – 2:35 pm*

*based on a full-day timetable model. The format of learning for 2021-2022 is yet to be determined by the WRDSB.

 

A HHSS school day schedule will be published once the WRDSB school year calendar for 2021-2022 has been approved by the Ministry of Education, and a WRDSB secondary school instruction model determined.
