The grade 12 business leadership class is accepting donations of new, ‘non-cash’ items (i.e. gift baskets, gift certificates) to help raise funds for local Lisaard and Innisfree Hospices.

Lisaard and Innisfree Hospices are non-profit organizations that provide end of life care for palliative residents. They do receive some government funding, but are responsible for raising almost 2 million dollars annually to continue providing quality care for residents and their families. The donations will be up for auction through Lisaard and Innisfree Hospices on Sunday, September 12 from 5:00-9:00 p.m.

We are aware of the current economic situation, and would like to encourage donations and/or gift certificates from local businesses. If you are able donate new items or gift certificates (valued $25-100) for their auction, please have your student drop off the item on a cart outside of room 2509. The item may only be dropped off by your student on their in-person learning days. The deadline for donations is Wednesday, April 7th.
