2020 HHSS Grad Package Pick-up Dates

Dates: 

Wednesday November 25th from 4pm – 7pm

Thursday November 26th from 1pm – 5pm

Location: HHSS back parking lot.  Please pull up to the back entrance doors where you will be greeted by a staff member.  A reminder to our grads or their designate to please wear a mask when you arrive to pick up your grad package.

ALL 2020 graduates are invited to pick up their graduation packages, which includes their:

  • Diploma
  • Transcript
  • Commencement Program

and may also include:

  • Souvenir gown, cap and tassel package (if you purchased it)
  • Yearbook (if you purchased one)
  • Class of 2020 grad photo composite (if you purchased one)
  • Awards
  • Certificates
  • Honour Cord
  • SHSM Cord

Virtual Commencement Ceremony:

We look forward to seeing our graduates on one of the pick-up dates and celebrating their virtual commencement ceremony on Friday November 27  at 7:00pm.  

For those of you who have registered for our virtual commencement, a login for the ceremony will be sent out through School Day and will also be emailed directly to the email address that you provided during the commencement registration survey.
