The Waterloo Region Crime Prevention Council recognizes that tremendous stress and anxiety that our current health crisis has placed upon families. It is a time for defining a new normal within each household for the next while in order for us to flatten the curve. In that spirit, we are passing along resources pulled together by F&CS for families. Please share these with your community.

Getting tired of sitting around? These sites have activities indoors and outdoors (remember social distancing when you go out!) to help kids stay active and burn off some energy!
The NFL just got in on the educational resource game, including links to NFL Play 60 website and App. These are general physical activity and football specific.
Under the Active Home section there are calendars for PA options -geared towards the primary grades.
