Working Group meeting agendas and minutes

We have now scheduled the next working group meeting for August 27, 2019 where we will formalize the timeline for the remainder of the study and confirm the next Public Meeting date.

We are still working towards a September 2020 implementation and to achieve that we are aiming for a Board decision on the study recommendations in November or December of 2019.

Grade 8 Information nights for Huron Heights SS, Cameron Heights CI and Forest Heights CI are now scheduled for January 2020 to allow time to communicate the decision to our families and community.

The boundaryfeedback@wrdsb.ca email address continues to be monitored.

Stay tuned!

A Boundary Study Working Group will also be established, consisting of the Principals, Superintendents of Achievement and Well-Being, Planning staff, parent/guardian and student representatives from the schools involved.

Working Group meetings are not public and as such, non-members can attend by invitation only. Working Group meeting minutes will be posted as they are approved, therefore minutes are usually available online two-three weeks after a given meeting.
